Timekeeping
Each speaker has a 20 or 30 minutes speaking slot for his/her presentation, with 5 minutes allocated to questions from the audience.
Please ensure that your presentation does not run over the time allocated.

No sales pitches
Conferences are for education, not sales pitches. The biggest complaint we get is that a speaker spent the session talking about commercial products instead of educating the audience.

Be readable
Make sure your slides and handouts are legible to everyone. To make sure your message comes across, try to avoid many different colors or to much information on one slide.

Interaction
Try to involve your audience in your presentation, interaction creates discussion!

Be creative
Liven up your presentation by using anecdotes, slides, photos and videao that make the ideas and
stories more tangible.
