Press releases
Leading up to the show we are giving all sponsors and exhibitors the chance to post press releases on the Metering Europe website. Please find the guidelines to submit your press release below.
Press conference
During the event a press area will be available on the exhibition floor, giving participating companies the change to present their press releases. If you are interested in making an announcement, please send your request to carolien@synergy-events.com and reserve your space.
Press contacts
Synergy is inviting members of the press from various European media. If you have a list of press contacts who you would like to invite, please send this to carolien@synergy-events.com and we will send them an official invitation to attend the event.
We require the following information for every press release submitted:
- Full name (first and last name) of the person submitting the release
- Company name and location
- Complete contact information, including name, email, and phone number
- The press release should contain developments and news about the company, and should not simply be an advertisement. We do not publish advertorial articles, or releases that simply advertises the company without newsworthy content
- Release date - when you want your press release to be published
- Headline of Your Press Release - the title of your press release
- Summary of Your Press Release - 1-2 sentence summarizing your press release
- Body of Your Press Release
- About Us - information about your company and/or website
- Contact Us - the name, address, phone number and email address of the contact person (Please note: without any verifiable contact information, the press release will not be published)
